1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the azure-fjord.online website and your purchase of any goods or services from us. By using our site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Making a Contract With Us

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We will send you an acknowledgement of your order. A contract between us is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that the goods have been shipped. We reserve the right to refuse any order before dispatch.

3. Price and Payment

  • The price of the goods will be as quoted on our site at the time you place your order, except in cases of obvious error.

  • Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate.

4. Delivery

5. Cancellation and Returns (Consumer Rights)

  • Cancellation Period: 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

  • Return of Goods: You must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

  • Refund: We will refund you the price paid for the goods including standard delivery costs (not expedited shipping) within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof of return shipment.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Sealed goods (e.g., software, DVDs) that have been unsealed.

  • Perishable goods.

6. Faulty Goods

If the goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Depending on the issue, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us to arrange a return.

9. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an event outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all previous agreements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
